I purchased a c-map max from a locale internet supplier and a couple of days later I realized that I purchased the wrong type of of card.Unfortunately I did not get a hold of the supplier soon enough and he shipped it. He informed me that because it was a electronic device he would not except a return. So at this point I figured that was what I deserve for trying to save a couple of bucks. So at this point I was pi$$ed at myself and really pi$$ed at the place I bought it from. My son said I should get in touch with Jeppesen and see if they could help. I swallowed the rest of my pride and E mailed their US.customers service. The next morning I received a reply with a phone number and a contact to talk to. Jeppesen took care of the matter and swapped out the card for the cost of the shipping. He mildly scolded me for purchasing their product from an unauthorized dealer I had not coming . But in the end Jeppesen fixed my screw up for a small cost of shipping.
