The best part is, I believe this person was on a trip (his license plate is NY, and this was VT he was driving in) - New Yorkers only have 2 ways to get to this point. Either a long ride up within a mile of the Canadian Border to take a bridge across to VT(a 70+ mile ride from this point) or just a short way(5-7 miles) from where this was taken is a $20 ferry ride from NY and who knows where he came from in NY - so getting dry clothes (unless he has them in the trunk - doubtful) is not going to be cheap!

Well, I don't know if that's the best part... I guess the best part was he thought he was cool in his convertible with the top down. And after this ride, he really was cool... the water temp is just barely 40*F !
