My Aunt was born in a blacksmith shop, she'll be 98yo soon. My grandfather was born premature, he was so small his mothers wedding ring would fit over his hand and they slid it up to his armpit. They wrapped him up and kept him warm in the bread warmer of the wood cook stove.Congrats Blue and Woody. Beautiful babies... You're right Blue. Kids these days will never get to experience how fun it was to lay on top of the back seat in the window and take a nap while on a long trip.....

That be a case of child endangerment by todays standards. I'd probably get locked up myself. I used to pick up my daughter from the bbsitter on my motorcycle when she was a baby. I'd lay her face down on the gas tank between my legs and away we'd go, she'd never wake up on the way home. Some parents didn't think it was right when she'd ride to preschool on a bike but she thought it was cool. Times have changed a bit.

I used to sit behind my dad so it was difficult for him to slap me for teasing my sister, constantly, on road trips. The smoke was thick in those days.I didn't get any pics of me because you couldn't see me through the smoke...

Happy BD to you too Ollie. Being that my extra 600 bucks a week has been cut off I won't be able to buy any drinks but maybe Maggieiscrazy will buy us a few.
Ya, I hope I can have enough more birthdays to get to know this latest grandkid and maybe get her on the boat some.
