"Can-Sandwich" My Dad to the right, my cousin to the left. How does a person say, "NO" to family? Note all the fenders I made sure that was between us. Go ahead, flame away...I deserve it.

looks like a lake capacitor......better check your zincs...

I don't see a problem with it! It's your gelcoat, not mine!!!

Next time before you go out, fill the cabin with fenders, and find a nice calm place to raft up!

Looks like everyone was havin' a good time, and that's pretty much all that matters....

When was the Sea Ray "Can"apalooza? Who was in charge of bringing the beef jerky and pork rinds?
That's funny :smt043 We were tucked away in a cove, so not many people saw us. It was a semi-embarrassing moment for me, but I couldn't resist taking the pic for you guys!

And the one on the right has a Grill

Ah, a floating double wide. Just curious, the sky lounger has a mounting bracket just starboard of the center log?? Battering ram, bumper, engine bracket, ice chest mount, gelcoat gouger, propane mount, canbote windlass, tow bar, Honda generator mount any ideas????

Looks like you guys were having a good time.

Off the subject slightly. I picked a fairly remote spot this weekend to watch the purple martins, dropped the anchor and turned on the CANBOTE SIGNAL (aka the anchor/stern light). Naturally, I had one canbote pass about 15' off my bow completely clueless that I had dropped anchor and another who drifted within 3 feet of my boat. Thankfully I had my canbote repeller and fended him off. Every time he tried foward or reverse the engine died. I suggested that he might have snared his prop with his stern line. Guess what, his stern line was wrapped around the propeller.

All that popped into my head was:

basstrackers, bayliners and a party barge,
strung together like a floating trailer park anchored out and gettin loud
all summer long side by side there's five
houseboat front porches astroturf,
lawn chairs and tiki torches
regular joes rocking the boat that's us
the redneck yacht club

I never noticed that. I'll have to ask when I see him again. Could be a mount for his garden hose, maybe a spare tire mount,(would look great if a tire was mounted to it). But I think you're right, it's a mount for a battering ram. He just took it off for the day cuz he was with family.

Hey now, I am seriously considering replacing my front lawn with astroturf, so I can spend more time on the boat and less time mowing the grass!

Jim stole my thunder
Isn't it a SeaRay Sandwhich with canbote bread though?

You know, Ive always had more fun hanging out with can boaters and redneck yacht clubbers. They are usually WAY less snobby and stuck up.

Just good folks, good music and good times, and the best part is, they wont judge you by your boat.
