It`s called the Tiki Bar.... what is your signature drink?

The boat signature drink is Moscow mules

when I have my buddies from high school on the boat….it’s Black Russians super sized. We call them bunker busters. :D:eek::)

I’m boring, Jim beam on the rocks. I give better bourbon in the house for guests, but I don’t like people, so there is that.
Sh$%, you would make a nice darn neighbor sir.

Jefferson's Ocean Voyage #22 on the rocks thank you...

1.5 shots Patron Anejo
0.75 shot Cointreau
Fresh squeezed lime juice from 1/2 a lime
POM Pomegranate juice to taste (i use more juice for those who don't want to taste the tequila, less who do)
And this year, I added a splash of club soda to give it some bubbles

Make sure you have a good lime juicer. Makes a world of difference.

Let me know what you think
Have had this recipe saved for over a year. With Jimmy passing, I decided yesterday was a margarita day.

This is excellent recipe. Change up how much lime or pomegranate to suit.

Glad I saved it.

I’ve been into some extra spicy Bloody Marys as of late. Doing the keto thing so I’m avoiding the ginger beer

Premixed Canadian version. On ice. Glass rimmed with lime juice and Old Bay. Great for the pre dinner drink on the boat. Hmm I think I’ll have one tonight

I’ll see if I can find them, never seen any canned bloodies here.

I just use Tito’s and mrs T mix with Cholula hot sauce and a little tajin on the rim. Maybe a jalapeño and a pickle spear if I’m feeling fancy

2 shots Tito's, Mr/Mrs t's (spicy or regular) blood mix, horse radish, old bay, lot's of Worcestershire and the shake. The boat's after breakfast late morning drink to start the day. Then switch to Orange Crushes and then ... finish off the evening with a nice glass of bourbon (Old Fashion?) and a cigar.

I’ll have to try the horseradish and Worcestershire, but I’ll skip the old bay. Growing up as a salt kid in the coastal lowlands burned me right out on it!

I do have some nice Basil Hayden back home for an old fashioned once I dock

I use low sodium Worcestershire, but the bay is the spice, much better then hot sauce. But it's your drink, make it how you enjoy it!

Up here in Canada Motts also makes a version of their premixed Bloody Caesar called the works, that has horseradish in it. By the way, the classic Canadian version of a Bloody Mary is a Bloody Caesar, made with "Clamato" juice. Its tomato juice but with clam broth - Sounds weird but its really good. Less thick than tomato juice, and with a very very subtle other pleasant flavour from the clam broth. Next time you are in Canada, order a "Caesar" from a bar and enjoy on ice. Here is the add for "the Works":

The Works combines the classic Mott's Clamato flavours with additional spices, hot sauce, horseradish heat and vodka, making the ideal ready-to-serve drink; just chill and enjoy!
