Has anyone had any issues with this supplier? I’m not looking to trash anyone on the internet, but have run into an issue with a recent order where one piece was nearly completely mis-cut and the response to correcting it has been kind of lackluster. I was wondering what other members experience has been. The rep to date has been that they provide a good product, but no one has commented on their willingness to promptly correct an error of their causing.

If anyone has any first hand experience, please PM me rather than posting.

Thanks
Henry

I have had a good experience with Snap-in Carpets on my 340... They made me custom sized wall to wall carpets for my boat. I used their template.

That's what I had heard as well. The question is how well they correct a mistake on an order. I'm hoping to get a response from someone who has had a hiccup in an order with news that it was corrected in a reasonable manner.

There was someone here that had problems with them not all that long ago, it seems.
I don't remember who it was, but I remember they weren't getting anywhere with a resolution until they came here and openly talked about it, then they all of a sudden Snap in Carpets changed their tune.
That to me says a lot about their lack of customer service after the sale..... poor.

Used them 3 times, always happy with the quality, but I did notice each time the customer service fell a bit more...... Not meeting the promise date, not answering emails, etc. Hope they aren't falling apart.
