Is there a safe way to start the motor from the engine room.

SeaFlush is a lifesaver! That said, I'll be making my own fittings for everything next year. Made one for the AC as it was harder to use SeaFlush in this boat. Just take the time to make some fittings with a hose adapter on them, make a 5 gallon bucket with bulkhead fitting to hose and you're good to go all around. My wife and I winterized all systems in one afternoon.

I agree that’s the best way to go and I will probably end up making something like what is pictured in post number 7 from greglee.

It might even be a good idea to install a bilge pump into the container, that way if you ever have a mechanical issue that prevents the motor from starting, you could force the pink through the system via the pump. Not sure what size pump would be needed, but I’m sure it’s easy to do and it could get power via alagator clips to one of the battery’s.

Unfortunately without the engine running you are not going to be able to "pump" it past the impeller in the water pump easily.
