I have been mentally wrestling with this all day.

Frank posted his concerns regarding a serious issue that affects the safety and well being of all of us on the water. In post #57, I injected inappropriate humor into this thread, and, in so doing, contributed to the very problem we are all discussing. To Frank, Rusty, and all the other CSR members who make this such a great site, I offer my apology. I would also like to recognize that all the other members maintained the ethical high ground, and chose not to respond.

Rusty, I was serious when I committed to taking you up on the offer of a gathering next winter. It would be an honor to attend such a function.

If everyone here only posted a tenth of the good information that you do this would be a much better place.
