I could easily make use of 2 more, 4 total: 2 for nav/radar, the third as a control for the Fusion stereo and the fourth for engine and fuel data. My 741 has a compass display that I find to be the most-friendly view when I'm manually following a plotted course. In fact, I used it on my last trip out taking 1-3's on the starboard beam. It's not realistic to expect AP to keep up with that, so the compass gave me the best point of reference while steering.

I’ve got two 12” MFD’s. I never thought I’d use two either but I have them on all the time. One has the radar overlay and I don’t usually mess with it. I use the other to zoom in and out and play around with.
