I buy a lot from internet companys and never had any problems till this week. I wanted to order parts for my alternator and found this site to have my parts for the alternator. Site listed the parts as being in stock. The next day I call because I had ordered on a Sunday and I wanted to confirm that they had the parts. Also I had other parts that I wanted to add to the list. I got a call tuesday and they said that those parts where no longer available but they would send me a used alternator and I can used the parts off of it for free. I was told that the parts where going to be shipped that day and I would have them in three days(UPS 3 days). I never received a tracking number by thursday so I decided to call them. My order was cancelled and they had charge my account. After having a conversation with them they credit my account. They never had an explanation as to why the screw up. I mean....things happen, but why not a phone call or e-mail. The company " Marine Power Services" out of New Jersey will never again get my business. When a business does not communicate with its customers they lack good business ethics.:huh:
