Internal Interviewing

Went great thanks to everyone for your ideas and thoughts, exactly what I was looking for. I seem to overthink things sometimes and while stressing about it last night decided to post that and then I would let that be the last thing I read prior to leaving for the interview. Now if I could just learn how to wait for the true results without stressing.

Somehow I just caught this thread. I wish you well, and hope you get what your are searching for, you deserve it.

I think you and Gary's Tiara dealership should be a relative success to the unwashed masses.

Wes,
Look the interviewer in the eyes at all times, be confident but not cocky, have a 30,60,90 day business plan for what you would do if you got the job. Remember not to put something in the business plan that would offend the interviewer because they didn't think of it. Be no more than 10 minutes early for the scheduled interview. Usually after the interview there is a Q & A session. Show intrest in the company,(stock price, expansion, their 5 & 10 yr plan). Keep the questions limited to 5 minutes including their response. Thank them for their time, ask them for a time frame of their decission. And as stated above send HAND WRITTEN thank you's to the decission makers.
