My wife and I have 2 seasons on the 420DB and while we love it, have figured out areas that we want to change. The problem is finding what to change them to! I'd appreciate any ideas or experiences you all have had as we get set for Boating 2010.
Interior - Salon: While the salon is very spacious (compared to our 320!), we have struggled to make it feel both open and homey. Minor decorations - a box with a shell, some candles, etc - adorn the interior but we haven't really made it feel either yachty or comfortable. Anyone else wrestle with this?
Cockpit: Another challenging area. With the icemaker, the bench seat, the engine hatch and no additional room for chairs, it's tough. We pretty much eat on the bridge, but would like to have a more loungable space. Has anyone made changes that add space or seating? I've thought about yanking the table but haven't had the courage yet.
iPad: Very curious to see if anyone finds a great boat use fo the iPad. I (like much of the country) am looking for a reason to justify buying one!
Thanks!
