Instrument Panel Replacement

I have a 1997 330DA and the Insrument and Guage Panels have
faded. Can any one hook help me out with a replacement source?

It's possible that Flounder Pounder Marine might have NOS pieces. Here's their link-

I've used M&I Systems in Seattle to cut new ones for my 340. They specialize in boat panels and do a very nice job. Can't tell you for sure what they'd cost, as in my case I set up the CAD file, emailed it to them, and also supplied the original style plastic that I'd gotten from the OEM supplier. Their number is 206-547-7899.

I replaced mine. I can't at the moment remember the name. It's a guy in Mass around Fall River. Give me some time I'll get it. First class product, but no small task! The wiring is a bear for the uninitiated!!
