Is it a difficult task to take apart and clean injectors? I'm a novice on engines, and can do basic maintenance but I've never cleaned injectors before and I believe that's a reason for my engine having issues. I've replaced the fuel filter and I'm still having some hesitation/jumping until I'm at almost full throttle.

I assume you're not talking about the toilet injectors who party on your boat from the other thread? :)

I've read that a lot of folks here run a seafoam mixture through their engines occasionally to clean their injectors. I have been considering doing so myself when I get down closer to a half or quarter tank.

haha no, I took that care of that dilemma last night. This is a problem I've had for quite a while, but haven't got around to fixing it yet. I don't feel like waiting almost a month for a tech to come out. I would like to clean them manually so I can knock that off my troubleshooting list. I need a sea ray device that hooks up to the engine.. kinda like a car engine light device that tells you what the problem is. If I could borrow that for a day, I could probably figure out what the hell is going on.
