Independence Day

Spent four nights on the hook this past weekend.

Had spotty weather and one wicked storm on Saturday, but had a good time nonetheless.

This little family joined me for coffee one morning.

Waiting isn’t the right term.

They saw me and raced over. They liked shredded wheat in a big way.

Nope. It was about 60 all weekend.

It was hot as hell out so you had to in, but any more than a few minutes was hard to deal with.

It was cold and clear as gin, but after the storm it briefly warmed up. Along with that came lots of weeds and crap though.
