Inboard tilt issue

My inboard outboard tilt drive on my 240 Sundeck rises easily but takes much longer to descend back down.
Anybody aware of the possible cause and cure?

Is this different than it was before? Is the amount of time drastically different?

Could be low on fluid (easy check)... could be a failing pump... could be damage to hydraulic rams (bent)... damage could be on the inside the hydraulic rams (spacers/guides).

Could be corrosion on the mounting pins and pivots.
