Adoption can be a pretty expensive endeavor.

Told Deb that there was a new pup. She wanted to know it’s name.

"Piper" ……..this one was sort of an adoption and she was already named. We thought, "Hmmmmm, Piper doesn't sound like a Boston's name". Naming dogs has always been a challenge for, us so we began the process of listing about 200 dog names. Very quickly we saw why the little girl was named Piper. She never shut up! She has settled down, is a real sweetheart and is a normal Boston now…….raises Holy Hell at the UPS truck, is into everything, it we lose something; we go immediately and look in Pipers bed and retrieve it. Anyone who doesn't know a Boston Terrier is really missing a fun experience. And, the name Piper stuck!

I have fond memories of my grandparent’s Bostons over the years. They were great dogs.

OMG is this tempting. I actually think this would be too much boat for us. Let's hope I don't buy a 38-41 and regret this opportunity.

We had a 300 Weekender and I looked at 400 for almost a year. I expanded into the 450 realm because it had 2 heads w/showers and a real 2nd stateroom.... Scared shitless the first few times out, but quickly understood that this vessel was F**** awesome.

You talk about 2 footitis? We had a brand new 2685 Glacier Bay Catamaran. After the 2 trip to the Bahamas Momma said " Bigger Boat"! Surveyed 400DA which we really liked. It flunked the survey. Partial survey of a 500DA. Would not let us do a full DD engine survey. Found the 450DA, our hearts went pity patter. True love. The rest was history.

Not to hijack the thread but in all seriousness this would be too much boat for us. The upkeep (I know, no difference than a 40 i'd consider), available short notice dockage at waterfront restaurants, draft, bigger slip....etc. Oh, and the $37,000 over my mental budget.

However, I do not doubt for a single second the 45 and specifically this boat is absolutely awesome!!!
