Im looking on 1983 SRV 245

I'm looking at a freshwater 1983 SVR 245 with Mercruiser V8 inboard straight drives. It appears to be a very original boat. the Boat was sitting on a trailer open to the weather for 7 years, need good clean work and some cosmetic, Are there any problem areas that I should be looking at for rot, delamination, etc.? Can anyone tell me the brand and model number of the transmissions? Are the props counter rotating, and if they are where does that happen, engine or transmission? Is any one know how can I get owner manual for this boat? Thanks.

83 model, sitting uncovered in the weather for 7 years... expect floor and stringer rot.
Engine(s) could be locked up also.
