You need to upload the file to a server of some kind. Youtube is very easy and will convert to a very compact size that is good for viewing from all different computers. Go to youtube, create an account and upload the file, then edit your post with the URL.

I tried a few ways w/out doing the youtube thing, and this one worked. At least it opened and played for me -- it does take a minute or two to upload in windows media player.
