I was reading through my manuals and saw on a wiring diagram that my boat (420AC) has installed CO detectors.

Having owned this boat for the past 3 years I have yet to see one. I do have stand alone portable ones that I bought through.

Any idea on where to look?

CO detectors generally are located in the open, and high up. They need air flow to detect the fumes.

Mine is located in the cabin, eye level on the bulkhead common with the head.

On my 370AC I have 3.
forward room - on the starboard side mounted under under a shelf next to the bed
aft room - right out in the open can't miss it within 12" of the AC panel
salon - mounted under the counter that separates the galley from the salon

I can post pictures if needed

Please do. I'm going crazy trying to find 'em.

Don't have any pictures of the aft, here a couple

You won't find them on a 1995 AC with diesel engines. They were not required and there were none installed. The wiring diagram is most likely one for a gas boat.

Thanks all.

Mine's a 1998 diesel and unlike the ones in romanservices photos, they are no where to be found.
