If I turn battery switch off can I safely change out my ignition switch

want to work on my ignition switch today. Is it safe to do this with the battery hooked up with the batery switch turned off? don't want to find out the hard way! Thanks for the help!:grin:

That should be fine with the battery switch off.

By switching it off you are putting a break in the curcuit(s)

creating it open.!
