No more cinder blocks for me..
Thanks for the "smart" advise. I was able to locate, just about, as many pieces of 6' long 4x4 post as I wanted FREE!

Quick question.
How long should the average length for these be? I started with 26.5" because that divided equally by 3. Maybe I should have cut into forths?
Do you screw them together or simply stack them?

Thanks again,

That looks to be much more stable - and SAFE!

I hope nothing happened???

The only reason to screw them together would be to make it faster to move them around. But, it will be heavy.

Oh, good.:smt001

I gotta tell 'ya - every time I looked at your pictures I cringed. :smt119

Lookin good, Dude! Just one little thing - turn that aft log so it's perpendicular to the keel. Like the bow log is.

Oh, and just to be safe... The forward logs... Make sure there is a direct line of support directly under the keel, like in the aft logs. Unless you've already got it there - can't tell from the pic.

You could start a business!
