Happened in Ontario NY...

that will buff out, no problem.
Now a experienced person would have gone thru and not just jammed the brakes on. You can`t stop 10,00 Lbs on a dime no matter what with or without straps

How do they clean this up? Crane to put it back on the trailer or a flat bed?

Poor guy, I hate it for him but thats a 9 !!!!! ( I'd gave him a 10 if he had taken out at least one red light !!!!)

The driver needs lessons in trailering and to realize you GO THRU a red light instead of jamming on the brakes to stop.

This sure got around the Internet quickly ..... You definetly don't want to do anything stupid in public these days.

Yep saw it on thequalifiedcaptain on Instagram this morning

Happened about 80 miles east of me

Bracketracer, and about the 60 miles west on 104 from me... I posted it on Sea Ray Lovers on FB straight from the Monroe County FB page, but took it down because someone griped it wasn't a Sea Ray and already "all over the internet". That picture doesn't show that there was a black truck in front that was already stopped for the light that the boat hit before coming to rest on the hauling vehicle.

Looks like photo shopped fake news to me.

It was on the local emergency responding agency's official facebook page, but hey, who knows...

OK.. Soo no front end damage to the truck, so just braking alone sent this 9000 lb# boat sailing ? I've hauled a lot of boats and stabbed the brakes plenty , and never had one even close to budging.
Miraculously stops right at the stop line too... right?

Haha about 15 miles from us, saw it on our local marina page first and before I knew it all over the internet.

They did use a crane to pull it off

There was a black truck stopped at the light before it. Its my understanding that there were 6 vehicles involved all said and done.
