Got her home last night after picking up the boat in Austin on Saturday (post water test), taking it out on Lake Brownwood yesterday, and then driving back to Lubbock. After 4 hours playing around on the boat yesterday, lots of starting/stopping, high speeds, etc, I am very pleased with how the boat runs. Although the interior needs some work it is nothing I am worried about. I will get it looking more and more like it used to, it will take time, but I can have fun with it while I do it  I look forward to getting to know more of you and you all better be ready for stupid questions!!

Bottom had been through first stage of cleaning but the back of the seat yet to be touched.

Kodi was more interested in finding shade than helping.

Congrats! Doesn't look as bad as what your first descriptions led me to think. (I'm not sure about the pink tune player tho...) :smt018

Glad to hear the boat runs fine. Once you get the interior cleaned up you will have a very nice Sea Ray. As I recall, you got the boat at a good price too which is excellent.

Happy boating.

HI nice boat... ok first..

the interior to clean it its very simple.. if you go to west marine they have a cleaner for seats... Go buy it.. spray it on heavy and walk away.. when you get back it will all be gone.. its just mildew! It does contain a bleach so dont get it on your cloths... my seats in my first boat were worst then that and they looked brand new when i was done... then use the mildew blocker to spray on after... this totally makes the seats look new and all the mildew will be off.. spray it on heavy and maybee more then once.!

another question is why do you have a radio hooked up when you have a boat installed radio on deck?

Yea, it really is a pretty good looking boat. I have 8 of the removable seats in my temp apartment in Midland this week for me to clean them :smt001 Oh, and a bunch of movies and an 18 pack to help. I plan on just cleaning it up and in a year or two rebuilding the floor and going with a dual captain chair setup and bench rear seating.

As for the CD player......that would be the girlfriends. Aka the better driver. She scares me sometimes on the road but she whoops my a$$ on the water.

I got the boat for about what the rebuilt engine and lower unit would have cost! I paid $2000 for the boat/trailer/2 tops/6 life jackets and threw my friend $120 for the trouble of unwinterizing it, making sure it ran, and installed a new starter. The boat is nothing compared to what a lot of you all captain but it is an excellent boat for a first boat.

I don't know if there is a wiring/fuse problem or its just fried, but the radio no workie. Does anyone know where to get a wiring diagram of a 1995 200BR Sig?
