Any canvas shop should be able to quickly make this up for you.
Do as mentioned above. Any canvas you buy used (and it's a HUGE long shot to even find one. I mean GIGANTIC), will need to have most, if not all, of the snaps relocated anyways. Unless you can do the snaps yourself, it's probably not worth it as a bow cover (new) is pretty cheap to begin with given it's only going to be a small piece of canvas for that boat.
