I am responding to the entry suggesting that I was no able to provide the professional support that Sea Ray customers desire and expect when owing a Sea Ray boat. To suggest that I personally could not be bothered in assisting a customer is synonymous with thinking a fish is too busy to take a drink of water. There is nothing more that I would like to do, than to speak and share all information and stories of our products. I have never had a customer tell me that I could not be bothered talking about our boats and certainly would want to do whatever I can to help a customer in resolving any issue. Frank is one hundred percent right by suggesting that we at Sea Ray customer service do care and do want our consumers to be the most knowledgeable and informed, on the water.
If there is anything that we can do to provide better customer service, please feel free to recommend any suggestion you may have. There are about six rep's in this office that would happily take the task of providing you whatever info you may need...keeping in mind that I am probably the rookie of the bunch with only twenty-three years at Sea Ray Boats.

Rusty

Well... I love you Rusty.

You were a great helping me getting something taken care of this year (that you didn't have to) and I really appreciated it!

Rusty,

Welcome to the board! You have always been my go to guy and you have never disappointed me. I hope your participation here will continue as an extension of your customer service work.

Rusty has always gone out of his way to answer any questions I may have with my 380. There aint no better Sea Ray Guy out there!

All the folks at the Florida Customer Service Group are top shelf! Thats why so many people are so loyal to the Sea Ray brand.

Rusty ,
No hard feelings on my end. I never said u were unprofessional. Its over and done with . Frank says ur a great guy.... Everyone speaks very highly of u... I could have misread our conversation. Bottom line is Searay customer service got it done. Thats pretty much all that matters at the end of the day.

Rob

Rusty, Great to see someone from the corporate level involved, you guys do a great job, the whole staff, Jim, Larry, you and others have always been there for my questions....issues-etc. I talk to other friends that own other brands of boats and I am amazed that they know no-one at the company that built their boat-amazing!
Keep up the good work.

Rusty, It was great of you to come on the board! Being a new to me 1998 45DA owner in about 45 minutes from now(closing) it is reassureing to see SeaRay so involved with thier customers. Keep up the good work. JC

Welcome Rusty, Searay is the best, thats why I own one! Customer service and support thats the secret to success. Cant wait for my jump up in size.

Hey Jim380 where have you been, did you ever get that canvas? anyway welcome!

Hey Dave, Im glad I found you guys! I am having the canvas replaced in May. I went with a company called Needle Loft out of Clinton, CT. I saw a 380 they did in Westbrook and was very impressed. I wanted to do business with your guy but he kept on changing prices on me.

So I figure that I will "top of the tank" on my fluid level on my lift and I am to use ISO 32 Hydro. Fluid, I talk to my buddies that all have heavy equipment - their fluid is ISO 46 (that's the viscosity rating). My buddy that is in the oil bus. says he has it but needs to give me a 5 gal. bucket -I only need about 1-2 quarts to top it off (up to 1" from top of tank). I guess I have some extra ISO 32 huh??

Hey Rob, I just had a Sea Lift installed on the back of my 420.
The lift is great. One issue is that it does not provide a swimming platform for the kids but hey, there is always give and take. I chose this lift because its a simple one piston design. The unit works well and there is a significant weight difference from the TNT system. My wife was the one that actually took care of our dink. We towed for one year. She was hesitant to get the lift but now thinks its great. If your wife needs reassurance, I can have my wife send her a message.
Good Luck.
