Q. Who completes the installation of the SeaLift Hydraulic System?

A. While SeaLift does not perform installations, we will be happy to assist you in making these arrangements. We work closely with an installation company who we have trained to perform our installations and would be happy to obtain an installation quote for you and coordinate the installation. You may also choose your own trusty marina or service professional. Many marinas and service yards have successfully installed our SeaLift units over the years. Installation is straight forward and a marine technician with “thru-hull” experience can perform the installation in about 2 working days. We provide an Installation Guide and SeaLift’s own developer offers telephone support for the life of every SeaLift- from guiding the installation process, through troubleshooting and routine maintainence, you are welcome to contact us with any assistance necessary.

I purchased a SeaLift and had it sent to my marina and had them install it, the marina wanted to sell me a Freadom Lift but after seeing how the SeaLift was made and how simple it was to install, they have showed several people my lift.
They did have to move and install new zincs.
I absolutely love this lift !!

That’s exactly what I want right there I need be curious and ask you about what is the cost for one is and insulation ?

I purchased it directly from SeaLift two years ago and I believe with shipping to Michigan it was around 22k and installation was 3,500. The people at SeaLift know your boat, most of them worked for SeaRay, everything fit perfectly.
I have small 10’ Highfield Dinghy with a 15hp but the platform will lift it with three people no problem.
With the extra weight of the platform, I did have to raise the bottom paint line up a couple inches.

Hambone. Keep in mind , Sealift can now custom make the platform to any dimension u want. No additional cost. The current platform is the original style .. u can make the platform the entire beam of the stern. Had a long conversation with the sales rep. Really nice guy. Im having it done this spring... Havent sent dimensions yet....

Sealift is def the way to go

If any of you guys would like another option you can look at GHS as well. I believe
they were a factory supplier to Sea Ray for the lifts on the 44DA. I have no idea what their pricing is, but can tell you we've been very happy with ours and know they do retrofits.http://ghslift.com

Rob/Hambone, my platform fits a 10’ Dinghy nicely and I have not had any issues with maneuvering around the docks. If your Dinghy is any larger give SeaLite the size so they can adjust the size of the platform. The chocks that the Dinghy sit in do not slide, some of the older videos on their website show that you can slide the Dinghy forward and aft while in the chocks. Another thing that we just love about the Hyd platform is that when it is really hot we just lower it down into the water and put lawn chairs on it while anchored out on the lake.
