Has anybody ever replaced the a/c in the salon on a 400 Sedan Bridge ( 2003 )

I replaced mine in a 2006 44DB. Pretty straight forward as the unit is self contained. Once you access it there are two water hoses, an air duct and a 110 power supply to disconnect. The tray is screwed into the cabin deck and then there is a drain for the tray. Check with Mike Potter at Noahs Ark marine services. He made me a good deal on a replacement unit.
Good luck

Mine is under the stairs it looks like I would have to remove the stairs witch would include cutting the lower floor or cut the upper floor open
