Cast iron block w 4-bolt mains
Remove the entire panel from the front by removing the phillips screws along the panel's edge. Pull the panel forward enough to access the back. Remove the gauges from the rear. Note that there usually is a molex connector in the wiring that you can disconnect in order to free the entire panel.
