How to get to area under anchor locker

310 sda. How do you access the area under the anchor rope locker?
That’s where the bow eye bolts would be.
The vbirth front cushion folds down but the back feels like the bulkhead.

This may not help since I have a 260DA, but on mine there is a slit in the carpet underneath the V cushion and the eye bolt nuts are just under there.
