How the Heck Do I Get The Belt Off

Need some help...first time removing belt to change pump impeller. This is a 2007 Horizon 8.1 on a 340.

Where is the belt tensioner?

The tensioner is the pully that is one up and offset to the right of the raw water pump. Put a socket wrench on the center bolt and apply pressure.
