The proper way to tube with a cat is to pull it behind the tube with the tow line securely fastened around it's neck......for the safety of the cat. A La National Lampoons Vacation...

That pic must be at least 3 years old. I have seen a cat, a dog and a rabbit with a pancake on his head photoshopped into the pic over the years.
