Well we seem to be spending more, have an offer on a winter home in Florida, thanks to your dollar and your housing market a lot of Canadians are buying property right now. There was an article in a Toronto newspaper that according to the Florida Real Estate Board 23% of all sales in Florida are to Canadians. I don't see this changing any time soon, as your economy has fallen ours has remained stable.
