How do you replace the horn?

Actually the boat yard said my horn was intermittent on my SeaRay 215 EC. I checked it out and it was not intermittent but it wasn't very loud, kinda soft but constant. Anyway I wanted to get to it to see what it would take to change it out. Started out in the front, took off the stainless steel grill, then couldn't find a way to remove the horn from that hole. Had to rig a bent wire to hold it in place in order to get the screws back in. Then I went looking below in the cabin to see if it can be accessed from there. It wasn't obvious. Anyone care to enlighten me on what is the best way to remove the horn, identify it, and then replace it?

I had to replace mine. look in the anchor locker. Easy change. Good luck.

Same on my previous 1998 215EC, took me longer to get the tools out than replace as always....
