How do I ??????

I was "playing around" with the smartcraft guage on the boat to get the depth sounder reading to show on the guage as a default display when not cycling through to get other info. Now I can't get it to read at all. What did I do wrong, and how do I get back my depth reading?

Toggle through the menus and find the page where you select "On" or something like that for each of the various displays. When you get to the depth one, make sure that the "On" selection is in view, then when you get to the end of that series, make sure you select the "Save" function for your changes.

On my boat, I have the left Tach with a series of selections, a right Tach with a series of selections, and the center Speedo with yet another series of selections. To enter the modes, I push and hold the two buttons linked together. It will ask me if I want to enter the long version (or something like that), which I do select. At the end of the first 1/2, it'll ask if I want to enter the second 1/2 of the long version (or something like that), which I do.

The biggest problem I have is toggling through too fast trying to get past the mundane crap, and that is generally where the item I needed is burried. Take your time.
