How big is your dinghy?

ha ha you guys are killing me. Are those tabs just for hard bottomed dinghys?

I like two peas Avatars. I'll be at Thunderball cave in July.

As for the Dink I have a Novurania 11' 2" center console. It weighs 600+ pounds. The 25hsp Yamaha outboard weighs 240 + - pounds.
Where I'm going with this is watch how much weight your Dinc is gonna weigh. When you have to manhandle it, it seems a whole lot heavier than it is. And in rough seas it's always worse.

From what I've read at WM, they seem like they'll work on inflatable v-bottoms, too.

My dingy is bigger than yor whole boat.

It most deff. should not be wider than your beam. Im not too concerned about it out in the "slip stream" as mentioned above.(just how fast do they expect to go.... slip stream lol) it needs to be tucked in so while in bad weather the waves going down the sides of your boat dont hit it and rip it off the tramsom or swim platform.... slip stream the zodiac reps was smokin a lil somethin somethin i think lol

It's frickin' huge - like a tripod - now stop asking me about it.
