I have a brand-new never-used RAM-Mount (RAM109HU) for a GPS or any other device. I purchased it to mount a Garmin GPSMAP 3210 Chartplotter (10" diagonal screen), but ended up never using it in my boat. It is rated to hold 10lbs...most any GPS out there.
It has a horizontal swing arm which can rotate 360 degrees on the base, and the flat GPS mount can also rotate 360 degrees. This photo is the exact mount I'm selling:
