8.1 horizon
I would like to know the temperatures at which my engines should work (8.1 Horizon 370hp). At low speed (900 RPM-1100RPM) the system show me 70 degrees (158 Fahrenheit) starboard, 72 (162 Fahrenheit) degrees to port. When I start up the power at 3000rpm, the temperature rises to 77 (170 Fahrenheit) and 79 (174 Fahrenheit) degrees. I have no alarms but I think that the port engine emits too much white smoke, when I reduce the power to 1000rpm-1500rpm under a minute not smoke is present in the exhaust.

Somebody can help me, is normal? What can I do?

I run 165-170. 174 is not that much hotter.

Fresh water cooled should run 170 or so. Shoot the risers and heat exchanger with a IR thermometer. Your gauges may be off. Mine are.

Tom is spot on about the steam. If it is smoke, you have a different problem entirely.

I too have the smoke/steam issue. While I first thought it was smoke, it makes much more sense that it's actually steam. The cooler the weather, the more evident the steam. I'm glad I looked closer at this thread, as I've been wondering about that for some time.

I compared the last week with a friend’s boat (He has the same boat and motors Mercruiser 8.1), and the conclusion is steam.
Thanks for the info.
