The 36" of snow in Sturgeon Bay has wreaked havoc with my original launch plans and I got pushed back until this week. Looks like I will have a window on Thursday to bring my new (to me) 400 Sedan Bridge home to Winthrop Harbor before

the thunderstorms this weekend. Looks like a beautiful day for a 7 hour 150 nm shakedown cruise. Those 3116 Cats should just purr along!

Praying that the weather holds as forecast!

Good luck with the trip. I made the jump from a 340 to the 400 Sedan Bridge with the 3116 cats last fall. You are going to love the boat with that combination.

Success! Splashed her... then had a 7 hour shakedown cruise from Sturgeon Bay WI to Winthrop Harbor IL. She rode like she was on rails! Averaged 21.5 knots... trimmed her up and got 22kts plus! A full throttle run got us 24.8 kts. THose CAT 3116's just purred along!

And I love the autopilot! I couldn't be happier with her!
