I made a post in another section regarding refilling a holding tank filter...but felt this was going off topic. I am going to buy a new one, and then rebuild the old one. My manuals are on the boat....I think I have located the filter I need....but do I need a new bracket (I dont know why I cant use the old one)? We have started noticing a rather unpleasant aroma after flushing the toilet...no other odors, except when flushing. Where have you found the best price to order the Sealand filters?

This is the best price I have found (I think this is the one I need)....

that filter looks like direct replacement and you don't need another bracket but filter comes with one anyway

Bottom Line,

The price for the filter is a great deal...... They normally go for close to $100!

Thanks!

Usually a new Sealand filter is available alone or with an installation kit. The installation kit is a mounting bracket and the nipples for the ends. If your boat came with a filter, you don't need the kit.
