Hinged center windshield tight fit

1993 SeaRay 180 center windshield too tight to close, black turn catches hit drivers side windshield frame. Just put new ends on OEM support tubes in original mounting holes. Is there any adjustment at hinge side? Thanks

No adjustment. Easiest way is to fabricate pieces of plastic to fit under windshield support tubes. 1/2" black starboard should work well.

Windshields sometimes get racked. Boats flex. This sounds crude, but you can forcefully push each windshield outboard. Wedge one foot against the side of the boat for support and push the opposite windshield. Repeat on the other side.
