I'm giving it a go this year, and setting anchor on Friday. Coincidentally, Aquapalooza is that Sunday in Zacks bay

I go every year. First off its aquapooloza with out any regulations. It's a must to get there early hemlock is a fraction of the size of zacks but still gets the same amount of boats if not more then aquapooloza. Gets very tight. We anchor in the line of boats that's just off the beach in about 4ft of water at low tide. Alot more drinking and alot more partying then aquapooloza. The crowd is definetly more focused on the young adult age of mostly 18 to 30 but there are a good number of toddler and children running around. My personal opinion is its 10x more fun then aquapooloza, you can bbq you can stay were you are after 5pm (not be mandated to move your boat)and just alot more fun and relaxed. Unfortuanetly I have stupid wedding this year on that date.........
