Anyone here located in Miami and familiar with the raymarine c90w? or anyone knows where i can find a video tutorial on how to use it?
- Another newbie question: When i connect the shore power: i only see power on one side and not two? Am i supposed to have the power knobs that power the whole boat on when i leave the boat and keep the shore power connected? so many questions and i am glad i found this forum.
I already have problems with the vacuflush toilet:)

Can't help you with the raymarine. That is done best in person.

You should have 2 powercords plugged in to the transom of your boat, there should be two receptacles in your transom locker.

Whats going on with your vaccuflush.

I can operate my C80... not sure what the differences are with the C90. Do you have the manual? If not, I'm sure it's available online.

Edit: After looking at the manual for your boat, I see it only has one shore power connections. Power "knobs"? You should have two battery switches.

Welcome to CSR!

Raymarine is great about putting manuals and other "owner stuff" online.

Welcome to CSR and congrats on the new boat.

You should have (2) shore power cables. Both need to be plugged in to power your 110v systems. Your systems (including AC) are split up between the two sides. You should have two switches on your panel when switching to shore power. Those should only be turned on after you've hooked up shore power and you have a green light.

What power knobs are you referring to? Your battery switches? Those have nothing to do with shore power. Those turn your battery banks on and off for your 12volt systems.

What issue are you having with the toilet?

Did you buy your boat through a dealer or private party? If you bought it at a SeaRay dealer they should walk you through your systems.

Mr. Sundancer 350,

How were you able to buy a boat this size and not have a clue as to how to even operate or take care of it. You say the engines are "460 Something." Sea Ray didn't have a "460 Something" engine option in 2011.

I would strongly urge you find and hire a local captain to teach you the ins and outs of your boat. For that matter how did you get insurance without lessons from a captain. Ask around your marina or check your local Power Squadron for assistance before you hurt yourself or an innocent party.

trying to see if there is a video tutorial or something to get me up and running. This thing is old fashioned compared to the new touch screen systems

bought it from a private party. The previous owner did not speak english so i could not undertand anything plus he doesn't know the Raymarine in & out. Toilet got clogged because one of the girls threw paper towel in it

I bought it from a guy who is leaving the country so it was a steal. I guess i just have to take it easy and learn slowly.

I would recommend going to Marine Max Miami at:
700 NE 79th Street
Miami, Florida, 33138

And I would pay their captain to take you through the boat, including electronics. There is a lot to learn that if you don't learn, will cost much more to fix... I learned this the hard way...

This is a big mistake. Everything that you flush goes through a hole about 1" in diameter. This may require a tech to fix and trust me they don't like fixing head systems. $$

You need to find a qualified captain to go through the systems with you. The 350 is a big boat if you don't know what you're doing. This includes daily engine checks, checking batteries, etc.

If you don't already it, I highly recommend you complete a safe boater course.

Congrats on your new boat. I can feel your anxiety and excitement through the keyboard. I say this humbly, Please heed the advice given here and pay a captain to go over this vessel with you. And not just once for an hour or two. you'll need several sessions and take good notes. Nothing feels/looks worse than having a boat full of bikinis and being the rookie captain that ruins his boat because he let ego get behind the wheel. That being said, enjoy the journey.
