Helping out my cousin- Need to find them a 20ft bowrider in MN/ Western WI

We have been scouring craigslist for weeks as well as several dealers- many boats aren't lasting more than a day once listed. We are looking for something in the 19-22 ft range with an open bow and preferrably a 5.7/ 5.0 motor. It doesn't have to be a Sea Ray as this is their first boat- I would rather help them find a nicely kept runabout for under $12,000 with a consistent service history.
