Well I seem to have an issue. All of my bildge pumps don't turn on. With float switch or the manual switches on the helm. When I turn on the switches the warning buzzer goes off but no activity down below .pumps do not come on ??????. Any ideas out there ? I can not find any in line fuses.
Any and all ideas and suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a boat of similar vintage and have a cigar box sized box (one of two) mounted to a stringer in the ER with master breakers for the bilge pumps.

That's certainly a problem that warrants an emergency solution FIRST, and troubleshooting SECOND.

Get a new pump, put battery clips on it, and about 10ft of clear hose. Run the bilge blower, so you clear out any fumes, drop the pump in and wedge it under something so it stays down, and tape the discharge hose to something up top so it won't fall back into the boat. Connect the clips, and get it pumped down FIRST.

Then start checking the existing pumps. Having them all fail at the same time is very unusual... if there's any common wiring or controls, suspect the problem lies there FIRST.
