I have a Smartcraft SC5000 display that the 4-way soft key is broken on. Anyone know where I can get a new switch or parts manual for the display?

That is actually a rubber pad that sits on top of micro switches. The little nubs that engage the the microswitches get misaligned and give impression that the switch is broken. You can remove the top bezel and pry up the rubber cap and re-seat it. Just do not completely remove it. The groove and the rubber lip are hook shaped for lack of a better description, so restarting the rubber pice in the SC5000 can become very time consuming if you pull it all the way off.
