Walking on the rear engine hatches, my wife said they felt "spongy" so we opened them and investigated the issue. We found that the rear lip that has the raised portions to funnel water to the scuppers and that supports the metal brace between the port and middle rear hatches had been bent down into the bilge. Since it seems to be a fiberglass continuous piece across the entire rear, I am looking for suggestions to repair it so that it is strong enough to support the metal brace, hatch, and of course, people.

Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
