Help Me Identify This Plastic Part

This plastic strip was in the Sea Ray bag that contained all the owner's manuals when I bought the boat used. I have not used it and obviously have not needed it. I was just about to toss it in the recycle bin but I thought I would see if anyone knew what it is for before I do. The only identifying mark is a number 91-12427. Thanks.

Very Cool. Should have thought of that. So I have a shift cable adjustment tool? I guess I will keep it out of the recycle bin. I am not sure I will ever be using it though. I paid someone to fix my last shift cable problem.
