Help Determining engine/horsepower on '96 210 Signature 5.7

Hi all, just bought a 96 210 Signature Sea Ray with the 5.7 L engine. 4 Options of 5.7 L engines that year, 2 carbed and 2 EFI, mine is carbed, but can't figure out if it's the 210 HP model or the 250 HP model? Engine Serial # is 0F789381, but couldn't find a lookup online. WOT RPM's on cover states 4200-4600 which are the specs for the 210 HP model, but previous owner swore it was 250 HP which has 4800 as max RPMS, original prop was on it and was the 48 78120 A45 19P (14X19p) which is what the 250 came with, not the 210... So how do I figure out if I have the 210 or 250 model? Any help would be appreciated!
