After my generator runs for 20 or 30 minutes I see a CO monitor error the generator and the remote in the salon. The generator keeps running. I understand that the CO monitor board on my Kohler 5ECU needs to be replaced every 2 years according to my Kohler manual. I have no idea what the part number or nomenclature for this board is. Also I understand it is an easy swap but I'm not sure where the board is located. Any help with a part number and where this board is located would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any comments or suggestions.

Ralph, try Dan Frazier here in Atlanta, 706-352-7224. He is really good with Kohler's and has helped an bunch of people out with odd issues. Reasonably priced as well. I've never heard of anyone replacing that board but have read several threads on here about replacing the CO detectors which had/have a generator interrupt circuit on it.
